Making a sissy bar for you chopper can be tricky business, so we took the hardest part and did that for you.  Cutting and welding is easy, it's the bending that can be a headache. These bars are CNC bent right here in Wisconsin.   All you have to do is trim to length, add in the mounts, tabs or bungs of your choice and weld it up.  You're off to chopper glory!

 

Specs:

  • 9/16" cold rolled steel
  • 34.75" overall height
  • Sissy bar will be roughly 20" high above fender
  • 10" between lower legs

Great for use on sportster swing arm!

Can’t beat the price! I used OEM side plates to hold the sissy bar, used a clamp and a propane torch to heat and bend narrower. Along with a quick jig made out of a couple pieces of wood to bend the bottom legs so they were pointing vertical again after being pulled in narrower.

Sanded down, polished, sealed with penetrol and for for under 100$ I finally have the sissy bar I’ve wanted.
