Looking for a simple solution to all your Evo Sportster wiring problems? Designed to work perfectly with our Evolution Sportster hardtail kit, this stripped down chopper harness has you covered. 

kit Includes;

  • Wiring harness
  • 30Amp circuit breaker
  • Weatherproof keyed ignition/start switch (Intended to be used with 7176 or 7133 motor mount or similar, switch may need to be ground down to fit some mounts)
  • 100% Made in the USA

Includes wiring for:

  • Headlight 
  • Taillight
  • Brake light (Intended to be used with 4089 brake light switch)
  • Regulator Rectifier hot wire (reuses OEM RR & Stator)
  • Starter exciter wire
  • Key switch wires 

Ignition module, pickup and coil wiring not included. Use Ultima Ignition kit, or compatible.

I like this product because it really cleans up all the wiring in a build. Really simplifies everything, along with the video and schematic you cant mess this up. I got lost along the way i was about to send an email for help because i know this company really shows support but i rewatched the video and i got it figured out :) time to solder that ONE connection

Probably the best wiring kit out there. Really simple to hook up. Looks clean, easy to hide. My only complaint is pretty little but the connections that go to the brake light switch had heat shrink covering one of the connections completely, quick fix. And the starter igniter plug was bent and wouldn’t fit without prying it open a bit. Overall has been pretty easy to setup.
