You can’t build a spool wheel without a quality polished aluminum spool hub!  Black Bike Wheels in Van Nuys, California machines each one of these at their family owned shop, then powder coats or polishes them in house, followed by carefully and accurately pressing in the sealed bearings in.  The result is a quality American made part assembled by a professional wheel builder allowing you to rest easy and trust your spool hub.
