DIY motorcycle exhaust builder kit designed for the bike builder who wants a one of a kind exhaust for their Custom Bike.  1 3/4" mandrel bends and exhaust header set is more than enough for a 1 set of exhaust. Get out the angle grinder, buzz box and get to it!

  • Kit includes everything you need to cut and weld a custom set of pipes
  • Tubing is 1 3/4" O.D. and 16 gauge wall

Kit includes:

Four 16" straight sections
Two 3.5" radius U-bends with straights
Two 5" radius U-bends with straights
Two Evolution/Twin Cam head flanges
Two Shovelhead head flanges
Two Ironhead flanges
Two Fishtail tips
Two Panhead flanges

Good but could be better

Good but the bends transition was off by close to a quarter of an inch . You couldn’t match up a straight piece to a bend with out clearance issues . Had to make a ton of pie cuts to make everything seem less . Over all the tubing was good and had a lot of options for any bike which is great , have lots of spare pieces to hand off to friends in need
